I used to like coming to this Subway, but recently the deals on the app don't work at this location. It makes no sense for them to use the brand name if they aren't going to honor the promotions.
I regret ordering online from this location for pickup. I placed an order for three footlongs with customized veggie extras for three, but what we all received felt like just bread and sauce. Sandwiches had barely any vegetables inside — maybe a piece or two each — and none of the banana peppers or other veggies I specifically selected. Sonja was great A+ customer service experience highly recommend this location .
The person at the restaurant at 5pm on 2/5 was super rude. He was upset that I placed an online order, kept complaining and was extremely rude and had comments like “you guys always want to customize” … I thought that was the beauty of Subway. Extremely disappointed with the experience. Hope the company/franchisee owner take notice
