Do NOT buy any food at the Subway in Plano, IL. We were there about two weeks ago and my husband only got 5 pieces of turkey on his 6" sandwich!! We called a friend who owns several Subway's and he said there should be 12 pieces of turkey on a footlong sandwich. We also asked at the Yorkville Subway and they also said it should be 12 pieces of turkey on a footlong sandwich. What a cheat!! Also, they bow don't have any napkins, etc out on the counter. Don't buy from here. The sandwiches they sell are just stuffed with lettuce and have a VERY small amount of meat. The sandwiches are more lettuce than anything. Not worth the expensive price and wouldn't even be worth it if it was cheap either. Much better off going to Jimmy Johns!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered online and my sandwich was extremely disappointing — only 4 pieces of turkey on a footlong, and it wasn’t even toasted as I requested. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this location. Go to the Walmart Subway instead, because this one desperately needs corporate to step in. I’ll be calling to report it. The reviews already speak for themselves, and now I understand why.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. New manager has run it into the ground. Would give zero stars if i could. Ordered ahead on the app (app has a BOGO promo going on). So i ordered 2 tuna footlongs and 3 oatmeal cookies. I make it to the shop and they tell me that they are out of oatmeal & ask if I would like chocolate.
