My best subway experience ever. I admit it is very weird as you normally get bad experience ftom fast food restaurants. The team member remembers me after my first online pickup order several weeks ago. Thanks to his quick thinking, I got to "skip" the queue last Friday (as I am only doing picking up and my order was ready). In short, I would not hesitate to give 5 stars to their service.
Had some new hires on when I went in, they had the best customer service, quality was amazing and they did an amazing job.
I ordered chicken tryaki 6 inches roll, and lady brought a roll looks like only 4 inches roll. And hardly any chicken pieces in the roll. Upon asking staff the size of roll , she kept on finishing without answering. Not worth $10 for this small roll.
