Very disappointed with my experience at Subway Radia. During my first visit, my order was initially left out of the package entirely, and I had to wait for my missing order to be prepared. During my second visit, the filling of bread contents was labeled wrongly on the package, which caused confusion and I received the wrong item. The service was very poor staff were inattentive and the issues were not handled properly. Accuracy in orders and basic customer service should be the minimum standard. I hope this can be improved.
Not sure of the bad and unjust review, the chaps who handled my dapao order was friendly and accommodating! They even advised that the breakfast sub doesn't come with veggies. Would be happy to come by again for my next subs!
Super slow service. Nak beli egg mayo beratur 40 minit. Kat depan ada 5 orang je padahal.
Hi, i really need to point this out! ive ordered from Subway Radia multiple times, and most of the time my orders are not prepared correctly. This is happening too often and it’s frustrating. Please ask the staff to double-check the customer’s order before preparing it ugh ! This shouldn’t keep happening and i hope this can be improved.
