⭐⭐☆☆☆ Saya kurang berpuas hati dengan layanan daripada seorang staf lelaki di Subway Plaza Masalam. Saya hanya bertanya tentang menu kerana ingin mendapatkan kepastian. Pada mulanya saya bertanya, “Yang ni apa?” dan staf menjawab dengan nada yang kuat, “Sandwich.” Saya kemudian bertanya semula, “Roti ye?” kerana saya agak keliru. sumpah lama nak mampos siapkan makanan staf 3 orang , bole je salah sorang buat oder grab ! tapi semua focus cust walkin , kalau taknak buat oder grab tu baik kau tutup je grab subway kau sibat !! staff 3 perempuan macam eyy
Dah byk kali terkena ngan subway plaza shah alam nie… hari nie terkena lagi… sy order 5 set melalui grab… tp sampi kat sy 2 set sahaja…
Plaza Masalam punya kedekut sos...letak nya sikit mcm takut2 berkira pg branch lain melimpah ruah
I'm coming from a Grab order and let me tell you, if you ever plan to order from this particular Subway, DON'T! I have been getting missed items in my order for 3 times in a row now! From chicken salad with with no chicken to Subs with no veggies at all. If you guys can't cater for deliveries, then don't do it! I'm not the only one who's having this problem. You can see numerous similar reviews on Grab.
