Visited 14/7/2026 around 12noon. 1 Chinese aunty staff, not sure is rushing or what, quite rude like throw the tissue and receipt to customer?!!!! Malay staff is actually very friendly.
Semua nampak bagus dan menepati citerase. Staff dia pon well perform. Cuma mall tu agak panas sikit.
Date : 3 June 2026 Time : 7.30pm Pergi sampai sana baru tau tak boleh pakai voucher Grab RM40 TAPI,... staff sana 1 laki 1 ppuan very nice.. sangat beradab, baik, peramah dan tertib walaupun bukan salah mereka.. subway dan grab harus communicate first which outlet ada atau takda join campaign, jgn sampai customer dah order then nak bayar baru tau tak boleh pakai voucher.. buat susah staff jer.. staff laki sana yg kurus and tinggi tu, i tak dapat nama dia but dia sabar dan explain properly.. anyway, good service.. deserve a r... read more

Today second day.. sub of the day finish Last week, no bread have to add rm0.75 for wrap which i was ok. Today after waiting for queue about 5 minutes. They tell me no teriyaki anymore. I end up not buying anything because what do you mean there is none and you are not making any effort to top up? Its 7.00p.m, no where near closing. the waiter behind said "woohoo". Very happy ya. Recession coming. We see how you will fare. So is it my issue i have to pay more? Im not supporting subway anymore.
