I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. First, I stood for more than 5 minutes without being attended by any staff. When they finally did, the staff were rude and continued talking about personal matters while serving customers. This is unprofessional and not the right attitude for customer service. I paid RM18 for a Spicy Mayo Salad Bowl and received only 6 small chunks of chicken. Honestly, is this worth the price? Langsung tak recommend Subway Plaza Merdeka Kuching! Servis memang teruk. Minta bawang lebih pun tak boleh, alasan SOP, padahal banyak sayur lain langsung kami tak ambil. Apa logik? Kedai makan tapi pelanggan tak boleh pilih ikut selera sendiri. Lepas tu pilihan roti pun cuma tinggal 2 jenis, walaupun baru jam 7:30 malam — awal lagi, tapi stok dah macam nak habis kedai!
