Agak kecewa dengan pengalaman saya di cawangan ini. Saya membuat pesanan salad dan selepas pesanan dibuat, pihak restoran memaklumkan bahawa bawang (onion) tidak tersedia. Walaupun begitu, saya masih bertolak ansur dan bersetuju untuk menukar kepada pilihan condiment lain. Selepas itu, saya menyedari saya tersalah memilih satu condiment yang sebenarnya saya tidak makan. Basic Standards Were Missing Been coming here for a while and have watched staff change many times over. This visit was disappointing due to poor food preparation by the staff on duty. Issues noticed: -Bread cut unevenly and forced open -Tuna portion short (only about ¾ of a full scoop) -Cheese placed only along the edges -Vegetables spread unevenly -Olive oil poured heavily, soaking the bun instead of being drizzled -Tissue tossed onto the tray Not expecting anything extra — just the basic standard Subway is known for. I ordered from you through Grab and noticed my sandwich had olives instead of onions. I already ate it so it’s all good, but I just wanted to let you know in case it was a mix-up in the kitchen. Some people might have allergies, so I thought I’d flag it.

Only this time the service is exceptional after so frequent take-aways I’d done particularly this outlet. A great leader = a good team. Elysia along with 2 crews had done such a good job making sure what I wanted and even given suggestions when I couldn’t make up my mind. Unlike the past visits, the crews were fair below average. Oh the store was clean and shiny too! Good job. Hope to see you guys again.
