The official webpage states the shop closes at 11 PM. Outside the shop door it also says closing at 11 PM. We specifically drove over, arriving at 10:40 PM. They locked the door. They even said they were already closed. If your management team doesn't take this seriously, you'll lose all business sooner or later! The service attitude was dreadful. This Subway outlet was a complete letdown. The staff were extremely stingy with the sauce and vegetables, even after I clearly asked for more. I ordered the tuna, and they gave such a tiny amount that it barely covered the bread. On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes and unfriendly expressions. I’m never coming back to this outlet. There are plenty of other places that care about their customers and actually serve proper food.😡😡😡
