I would like to share my appreciation for the staff at your Perak Road outlet today. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get their names, but one of them was wearing glasses and a cap (not in hijab). Her customer service was truly outstanding. The way she approached customers, her tone, and how she asked questions were very polite, professional, and welcoming. Bad customer service, employee was rude and not professional at all when i informed there was a stain from the sauce that dripped from the last order
Ordered from Grabfood but the bread is cool and doesn't heat up at all. Disappointed with the food quality.
