My recent visit to subway at paradigm mall jb was pleasant. I went on Saturday and it was very crowded. But the staff named Putri was very friendly and polite. She was doing her job really well. Really like her customer service ane She deserves more recognition. Thank you 😀
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the constant unavailability of the Cheezy Meatballs at this branch. I am a regular customer here, and it is disappointing that the item is frequently out of stock. In addition, I would like to address the service provided by one of the staff members wearing a hijab. 2 kali datang, 2 kali bg alasan 1 - awal bulan dtg dlam 830pm, dia kata closing awal, + buat muka 2 - hrini dtg dlam 730 dia kata dia nk rehat makan, kerja dalam mall makan gilir², bukan terus reject customer. 2 kali dtg 2 kali bukan indian yg reject
Would give zero stars if that was an option. Service was absolute trash. Came in around 1.30pm, there was no queue. The 2 staff were squatted down eating and on their phones, which was understandable during downtime. They ignored us and proceeded to take their own sweet time to get up and get ready to take our orders. When one of them was finally ready.
