Today 08/11/25 around 4:30 pm i had a horrible encounter with the two employees. It was two hispanic ladies and one of them was named Yasmin. I came in with my son and then my sister with her family (that means two different families walked in). We came in and my sister ordered first for her family. She then handed one of the ladies a coupon and the lady said that only one coupon is valid per family. I know good help is hard to find. Maybe it's a lack of training on the owner/manager's part. The server used the same gloves to make my sandwich, that she used to pick up pots and pans off the floor with. I wanted to say something but it was clearly a language barrier. I blame to OWNER/ MANAGER for a lack of training and hygiene.
Terrible experience at this Subway on Depot Road. The woman making my food clearly didn’t understand English, which made the whole process frustrating — she messed up my order three times and rolled her eyes when I politely corrected her. I told her I have food allergies and needed her to change gloves, and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. If you’re working in food service, especially where allergies are involved, you need to understand basic communication and take customer safety seriously.
Bad experience The lady working at subway in depot road in Huntington was very rude server number 50 on the receipt, I bought two foot long subs and she was very rude about having no spinach and was handling the subs very aggressive and at the end she smushes both subs together and when I asked why she did that she said I don't care I say we are not an animals and then she repeat I don’t care and when I got home subs were completely destroyed my youngest son didn't even eat. Very disappointed with this service
