Absolutely disgraceful! My sister just got her nails done and we waited 3 hours for our appointment that was at 3:00 then she was rushed and the guy messed her nails up and they refused to fix it! The lady was so rude to us! I will NEVER go here again!

I ordered a salad and picked it up and guess what no lettuce , how u gonna make a salad with out lettuce. never go to the subway on exchange by the university there phone doesn't work either . I had to report my issue to corporate office hopefully they can fix them
