Placed an order at the store asked to see what type of bread is used for an order and she said NO. She was rude, didn’t listen to instructions, she used the wrong dressing for a menu item sandwich and when I noticed the mistake I said politely that it was incorrect. She was annoyed and tossed the sandwich aside angrily. She is rude and shouldn’t be working there. To add insult to injury she was coughing everywhere and not using a mask. I will never eat there again.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that it needs to be shared. I placed a paid online pickup order through the website. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store, and the employee was the only one working. Despite this, she did not acknowledge me for several minutes. Very unfriendly staff. I can see all veggies had ice there. So stale. So rude customer service. I don’t know how they are still surviving. Is there negative reviews I can provide?
