The assistant manager Elouise should be fired! I was in store last week and she spoke horribly to me. Everything she said was in an incredibly rude manner, rolling her eyes, and making snarky side comments. I also witnessed her treating the other employees terribly, yelling at them for simple mistakes that anyone could make and completely overreacting. The sandwich artist accidentally entered a foot long, rather than a 6 inch sub, I tapped and paid. The poor staff member has no way to reverse a transaction or issue a refund from eftpos. They gave me another 6 inch to make it a foot long, but I’d have ordered a foot long if I wanted it. I just wanted my money back.
I came here in search of a recluse away from the city hustle of Hobart and the cold. I left a broken man. Walked in on a windy day, the gusts stinging my cheeks as I braved the harsh Tasmanian winter only to stop and rest in a sanctuary that I had come to know and love, Subway in hobart. Came in at 3pm today the 1/7 and the blonde girl that served me was so lovely great customer service and it was the best subway I’ve ever had in my life thanks queen
Very unhappy with the customer service! I have ordered online and went to pick up the order at 2.05pm on 13/06/2025. The person at the counter raised the voice asking me to show the order on the phone, incorrectly assuming I am an Uber driver. That's no problem, we all have those moments. However, picked up the order and upon return the order is missing half the salads. Went back to inform, again very unhappy with the attitude of this person and customer service.
