Very poor service and giving tissue only 1 pcs(half cut one and not even subway brand tissue),not giving tray, not enough sauce, not enough beverages all out of stock. Most surprising is when I asked for paper bag, the staff said will charge RM0.20sen for the paper bag. When I'm paying RM19.90 and for take away you still charge me RM0.20sen for the paper bag...Subway Mydin USJ 1 their customer approach and standard are totally very bad from other Subway outlets. Management should take note to avoid more complaints.
Very slow service, the staff don't know how to prioritise their orders. I just ordered one bun, but need to wait for people's bulk order. Please improve your service and send more staff especially during lunch and dinner hours. I came two days straight also faced the same issue.
Again only 1 staff during lunch hour. The queue is so long!
i have to wait for long time to get my order bcoz only 1 satff to do everything. how could this restaurant put only 1 satff to manage everything. this is not my first time to face this problem.sometimes i cancelled to eat here bcoz of this problem
Kudos to Alam for his sweet and friendly service while serving our food. Although he was working alone, he still managed to maintain a bright smile and provided sincere, attentive service throughout. I truly admire his dedication. However, I couldn’t help but feel pity seeing how overwhelmed he was with the amount of work. Subway should really recognize Alam for his excellent efforts and consider hiring more staff to support him.
