What is going on with the staff at this location? I have visited the Subway outlet at Mydin USJ 1 multiple times and the experience is consistently the same. Everyone knows that people go to Subway specifically because it is supposed to be a healthier option, yet the staff here refuses to put vegetables on properly. They crumble on about 5 pieces of onion and 3 olives, and even when you ask for more, they add only two more pieces. Should a customer really have to ask five times before getting a decent amount? I am regular customer customer every week, just today the new staff (guy) very bad, he put sauce very little not as usual, when i ask why so dry he emphasizes only 5 sauce which i knew, what i am asking why so little for every sauce.. and he fail to understand 💆
extremely slow service.. only one staff member handling all tasks. From taking orders to assembling delivery AND dine in meals. Along with being extremely slow, the staff was also stingy with the portions.
The only thing colder than my sandwich was the server’s attitude. The incompetence started the moment our food hit the counter. He left it sitting there long enough for it to go stone cold—apparently too busy or too indifferent to care. Then came the toppings situation: he was stingy to the point of being insulting, handing them out like they were coming out of his own paycheck. And the speed? Glacial. I’ve watched Subway employees move faster than this guy, and that’s not a high bar to clear.
