Subway poise itself as healthy, fresh and fast sandwiches but when customer saw the ready cut lettuce already wilted and obviously no longer fresh and safe to consume, yet after feedback asking if they have a fresh cut one, answer given is NO! I believe quality control and safety to consume is an essence when we deal with F&B business. I would say this outlet has fail the food industry fundamental due diligence.
Bread choice very limited compare to other branch (refer to my photo), vege choice also very few, don't know how can they not having tomatoes which is so common. One of the slightly more senior female muslim staff also not so friendly and has bad expression. To be frank, few times here already and the bread choice and vege always so little compare to others, and the taste of the food also lousier compare to other branch. Please improve. The only good thing is operate quite early.
