Ordered online today, expected ready time 12:30, arrived 12:40 food till not ready. Ask the brown hair girl whether my order is ready, the answer is no. Waited in the queue till 13:00. While I was waiting, the brown hair girl mentioned not just once” should we just close the store” “ should we just ask people to come back later “ in a really loud way.
