On 1/9/2025 around 4PM, I visited this outlet. One of the male staff was polite and served me well, but the manager’s attitude was completely unacceptable. He looked annoyed, didn’t smile, and even rushed me by giving the total before I finished my order. I’ve worked in F&B before so I know it can be tiring, but being tired is never an excuse for such poor service.
