We really appreciate the service provided by Acap. He was kind and generous, even when I asked for extra sauce — something that’s usually not entertained by other Subway staff. He is also very attentive. Overall good.

A Malay staff member wasn’t paying attention to my request. I specifically asked him to help mark which items were without cheese, but in the end the one he marked as “no cheese” actually had cheese inside. How can this happen? It was such a simple request, yet it was still done wrongly. Really disappointed.
