I just went to the subway branch at Kota Masai and bought a sald bowl at 23 March 2026 and arround 21.30 pm. When I arrived at home i want to eat it and i found so many worm ( also dead worms ) and hair in the salad bowl. I am very upset and disapointed because not only about the meal, but the staff also give me a bad experience at the subway. I also did not receive any resit. So here I also attached the evidence.
Staff not well trained. Understaff too. Only 1 under trained staff doing everything while another was inside but didn't come out to help. Came here on multiple occasions since 2025 till now, same thing no improvement at all. Long waiting times since only one staff
