"The counter staff at Subway Kota Damansara was very unprofessional. When I asked about the menu, the staff responded sarcastically, stating everything was already displayed. Even after I explained that I have poor eyesight and couldn't see clearly, their tone remained rude while listing the drinks. Furthermore, the staff were chatting loudly among themselves. I came to KD Subway looking forward to having a good breakfast after long working hours. However, I waited for 10 minutes and the store was still not open, despite both the online listing and the store signage stating that it opens at 8 AM. 🥹
