My today visit to this branch have been extremely frustrating. Few complaints I have towards this branch and I hope they will be improved: 1. The operating hours are unreliable. The store frequently opens later than the scheduled time posted online and on their door. It is very inconvenient to plan a meal here only to find the lights on but staff turning people away during posted business hours. Ordered a Roasted Chicken sub (RM16.90) today with only three vegetable options available (tomato, capsicum and olives), as the cucumbers and the other vegetables didn’t look fresh. I asked for a little extra capsicum because only about six or seven very thin slices were added, but was told they were running low on stock and couldn’t provide more.
