Love how clean the staffs are. Saw them cleaning up some big boxes but the guy came back to make my sandwich by getting a new pair of gloves.
The malay female staff's attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. She spoke in a rude tone and seemed unwilling to serve customers. It honestly felt like she was doing me a favor instead of her job. The whole experience left me in a bad mood
Few times come here to get the salad bowl, always unavailable stating "bowl out of stock". Then today 9.10pm closed already because apparently oven sudah tutup sbb roti banyak habis. Miss gurl, it's 9.10pm u close your oven so early for what?? And roti habis? We're not blind to see the properly stacked bread on the shelves. Geram betul la with this outlet nowadays.
Honestly, I'm baffled that this store continues to operate with the level of service it provides. The staff here are consistently rude and dismissive — and today was no exception. When I asked for more vegetables (as the portion given was noticeably skimpy), the employee's response was: "harini sayur tak banyak, sini je" — essentially telling me it's a shortage and this is all I get. No apology, no offer to compensate, just a flat, unapologetic brush-off. That is a store management issue, not the customer's problem to absorb... read more
