I came to KD Subway looking forward to having a good breakfast after long working hours. However, I waited for 10 minutes and the store was still not open, despite both the online listing and the store signage stating that it opens at 8 AM. 🥹
The Mac and cheese was cold when delivered and staff was rude
The female staff member had an extremely bad attitude. While we were still choosing our order, she kept rushing us. When we were waiting, she deliberately started chatting with another staff member and pretended not to hear us, making us repeat ourselves several times. The whole process was very rude and unprofessional. As a service staff member, if you are unwilling to serve customers, then you shouldn’t be doing this job. Choosing what to order at Subway is a simple process—customers do not need to be treated this way.
