06/10/2025 Monday public holiday. I walked in with my partner today to try the new sub-dogs. I genuinely had no idea what happened and honestly i dont think the "staff" did either. I asked for the deal of two dogs with two drinks and cookies for $32! Not only did i get overcharged $10!!! But it was the most difficult process to order one Mexican dog and one barbecue dog. You’re better off driving to a Subway in Sydney and coming back, that’s how slow service was, toasted the same sub twice took 20 mins to make a sub. Started playing doctor on the sub and did some surgery on it.
Had issues with this place previously but it's turned a corner! Vinil was awesome, such friendly good service
A kind sir named Kobe helped me the other day he gave me 20 dollers and he got me a drink and he paid for it all and was talking about how he worked at subway kincumber great respect!
How two Subways can be so different I do not know. Never had any issues with Woy Woy, always good from there, but today’s order from Kincumber was not good at all. My Italian Meatball had hardly any meatball sauce in it, it was like someone had wiped the sauce off of each one before putting in the bread (or licked the sauce off each one…). There was also hardly any of the additional sauces I’d asked for. My wife’s bread was rock hard and would have knocked someone spark out from 20 meters if you had thrown it at them!
