Byk kali datang kedai time 8pm mesti daging steak xde stok. Byk yg dh clear. Npk mcm dh berkemas nk tutup kedai. Staff sibuk nk balik cepat. Dh malas aku nk pegi lg. Potong mood.
Staff mcm mls kerja. Salad habis, staff ckp belum potong. Sy ckp tkapa sy boleh tnggu, tp diorg tknk potong. Pemalas.
I would like to suggest that you improve your customer service and ensure that customers are attended to promptly before engaging in personal matters. I waited at the counter for nearly five minutes, but the staff did not acknowledge me at all. Instead, she appeared relaxed, using her phone, chatting with a colleague, and even taking a personal call. I felt disrespected by this experience, and it reflects very poor service. I hope this will be taken seriously and improved moving forward.
