After trying many Subway stores, this outlet is the WORST one I have ever been to. The staff showed no enthusiasm, poor attitude, and seemed like they were forced to work. They were not customer-focused at all and made the ordering process frustrating and time-consuming. A very disappointing experience. Management really needs to improve the service quality.

I think many people will agree that the Malay staff here are very rude. Called customer EHHH. REALLY RUDE. Also gave wrong change WITHOUT SAYING SORRY. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
