I think many people will agree that the Malay staff here are very rude. Called customer EHHH. REALLY RUDE. Also gave wrong change WITHOUT SAYING SORRY. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
Very disappointing service experience. The staff named Hafiz showed an unprofessional attitude, laughed at my order, spoke arrogantly, and failed to clearly explain the weekday promotion. He even mistook Monday for Sunday at first, giving incorrect information, and only later mentioned that the promotion applied to specific orders. Additionally, he was tapping his fingers and playing beats during payment, which felt disrespectful. Basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking.
Really bad service, hate to see the worker so impatient and impolite while make order. It was 7.30pm, we try to order subway and the worker name Hafiz show his contemptuous attitude while we try to ask something.He makes loud noise while putting down the sauce and keeps making annoying sound while we do the payment. Certainly need employee training. I’m never come here again
