Updated review (03/06/2026) Dropped by again today and experienced what has to be one of the worst customer service encounters I've had in a long time. It was only 8:30 PM, yet the staff were already acting as if the restaurant was closed. All the vegetables and sauces had been removed from display, the chiller was practically empty, and there was nothing available for customers to properly view and choose from. Ordered a sandwich via Grab. It wasn't the worse sandwich I've eaten at Subway and my expectations aren't high. However, it was more of a salad sandwich as there was barely any meat. Not my 1st Italian sandwich from Subway so I know the portion wasn't normal.
