I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway outlet, particularly with Irfan. His customer service was poor, and he was extremely stingy with the vegetables — as if he were personally paying for my meal. He probably shouldn’t be placed at the front counter. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.
Very worst customer service ever. Very rude staff. Been here twice and encountered different staff on both visits and ONE THING IS FOR SURE THEY WERE VERY RUDE. I had a bad experience 2 days ago with the female staff and a male staff yg mata sepet tu. I guess they were trained to be rude to customers. Ambil order pn asyik nak marah nak bentak2 dengan judgy face walaupun nampak mata je. What the heck is wrong with your staff. If u hate your job, just quit.
Second visit within a month. This outlet is not packing sandwiches. They are packing rojak in a bun. Dump everything in a clump on the sandwich then smash the bun closed. They don't seem to know how to spread the contents even after I tell them. Service without a smile. The staff here seem to hate customers.
