Every time I come in the afternoon, it’s the same story: only wheat and rye bread available. No white, no Italian herbs, nothing else. And yet they make you wait in line for 10–15 minutes before casually dropping that info after you start ordering. How hard is it to put up a sign? Save people the time and frustration. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes as we watched poor customer service, poor skills and absolutely disgusting delivery of food. They had so much rubbish on the counter where you have the salad bar. With everyone else’s food that has fallen out as they wrapped the sandwich all mixed into your sandwich. The young guy just absolutely made a mess of the food and the salad bar. No respect for himself, the owner of business and the customers. Beautiful service, I love this subway the staff are always so friendly and happy to serve me even when they have long lines! I got my sub pretty much in no time and they were patient when I was deciding on cookies :)
No problem with my service, but I’m literally watching this happen right now. Sitting down eating my food and I’m watching this woman standing, waiting to order (there was two people on shift, one was already serving). One of the men on shift was more occupied with cleaning out the oven and proofer then serving the customer waiting (her foot was starting to tap in impatience). It's sad to think this place has gone down hill in two years. A worker fought with us over heating our meat because we asked for fresh and he wasn't going to heat steak. We decided to return again and this time some employee gives off the feeling like he doesnt even wants to be there just chucking subs together looking horrible and falling apart. To work at Subway you need to do online training that tells you how to make subs and keep customer service pleasant. This was definitely not something we received.
