2 customers were ignored by the staff who thought that putting biscuits out than serving customers so both customers walked away. Staff should be trained to ensure that they service the customer first and then finish putting the biscuits out.
Came here today to order lunch, however one of the workers was touching food, then money and not changing their gloves. Absolutely disgusting. So we left.
This review is actually about a customer-worker interaction that I witnessed today. A gentleman of around 40 or so marched straight up to the young lady working and immediately began rather rudely complaining that his sandwich had been overcooked. I only saw it from a distance, but it looked perfectly fine to me. The level of rudeness was off the chart, but apparently that's totally acceptable if they're busy. That's according to the manager so ...
Girl with the braid’s is rude. I been there a couple of times thinking it was just a bad day for her. But She had no smile, just an attitude talking to me, “we literally don’t have bread now, it takes 2 hrs” without any facial expression or manners. I find this customer service very poor.
