Girl with the braid’s is rude. I been there a couple of times thinking it was just a bad day for her. But She had no smile, just an attitude talking to me, “we literally don’t have bread now, it takes 2 hrs” without any facial expression or manners. I find this customer service very poor.
Terrible manager seems to be the issue
Love the food, everything was prepared well BUT. The server/cashier was very rude and condescending towards customers and didnt even make eye contact with customers. Otherwise great food. So I'll still give a 3 🌟
Shout out to the lovely girl with brown hair wearing a yellow and green headband today at lunch time! With the many times that I've been here, mostly my experience has been natural. The staff in general have always been "no smiles", take forever and always ask so many times what my order is, they never show any enthusiasm at all.
