Terrible manager seems to be the issue
Love the food, everything was prepared well BUT. The server/cashier was very rude and condescending towards customers and didnt even make eye contact with customers. Otherwise great food. So I'll still give a 3 🌟
Shout out to the lovely girl with brown hair wearing a yellow and green headband today at lunch time! With the many times that I've been here, mostly my experience has been natural. The staff in general have always been "no smiles", take forever and always ask so many times what my order is, they never show any enthusiasm at all. What subway has 1 bread to choose from at 12pm! Might as well just save the staff wages and send them home!
The staff member that served me today NEEDS to get a hearing test as I ordered a 6inch sub and she comes out with a bowl and I said I wanted a 6inch sub and then she got a rap out by this time I was getting a bit annoyed with her and said fine and told what to put on it. Then she rang up the cost and I gave her $50 and the change showing on the till said that my change was $32.95 but she gave me $32.10 so I told her that she has given me the wrong change.
