Best service ever! Lovely customer service!
Very bad experience on 18/7 (sat) at 3:30pm - super long queue for getting just cookies. After 15mins waiting people waiting were getting grumpy (coz of the bad arrangement/instruction by staff) they tried to push around and fight for paying, my 8yo daughter got pushed and hit by one of the hurry women. Young lady staff at front door didnt tell us that there’s 2 queues to checkout at all. But then when things happened she claimed theres one for sandwich and one for cookies, no signs at the shop as well. Not to mention staff ... read more
Unfortunately, the service at this store continues to decline. During my most recent visit, I purchased a box of cookies and observed the staff member cleaning a refrigerator with a spray cleaner and cloth using bare hands. Without washing or sanitising their hands or changing gloves, they immediately served my food using those same bare hands. As a customer, I found this very concerning from a food hygiene perspective. Had such a great experience here! The service was quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A big thank you to Sophie and Jemica — they were both so lovely, polite, and went out of their way to help us. Really appreciated the amazing service and will definitely be back! 😊
Gave me the wrong sandwich I did not get a falafel and the worker was real moody and mean is it a full moon or something…
