The staff do really need training with good handling. Several visits and I’ve witnessed the same behaviour, making a sandwich, handling the register, then proceed to make more food with the SAME GLOVES. It’s gross and unsanitary, obviously, and in a hospital is even more concerning.
Train staff to change gloves on a regular basis and especially after touching the till .. shouldn't have to be asked by customers for change of gloves
Came here twice and was made to wait while the store was empty. The cookie i ordered was burnt and i got overcharged, wouldn't recommend
I came in on Tuesday night and was served by a lovely young girl. She was a great worker, however the wait was far longer than I had hoped as she was working completely alone.
a young blonde girl the named of Chloe , was not wearing gloves while serving me , she also very poor customer service skills , and treated me in a very disgusted manner , hire better staff subway
