I visited this branch at around 8:15 PM with my family and was disappointed by the level of service we received. The two female staff members on duty initially ignored our presence, and one of them only approached us after more customers began forming a queue. The store atmosphere was also unpleasant, as the music was played at an excessively loud volume, making communication difficult. Very disappointed, we come around 8.10pm no one take an order. The music to loud when ordering the staff cannot hear and we also cannot hear what staff said. Finished order on 8.30pm suddenly staff said "cannot dine in, take away only. We want to close." There are a few customer after us and can dine in. The staff even did not provide us spoon & fork. What is this? The operation hours until 10pm and want to close on 8.30pm?

Giant tutup pukul 10 tapi subway kol 8 dh tutup awal kalut nk balik. Subway tempat lain lewat tutup. Buang masa pegi sini. Better pergi subway tempat lain. Marrybrown is the best. Even kol 10 tutup still open and serve customer

This is the branch with the worst service I've ever been to. They were unwilling to take my order. When I paid, they didn't even say how much I paid or thank you. I will never go there again.
