I visited Subway at Bandar Kinrara yesterday and had a disappointing experience. When ordering, I asked to add sauce, 2time above I repeat tellbut the staff Malay girl did not respond to me or acknowledge my request. She did not seem interested in serving. The customer service was very poor and made me feel ignored. After this experience, I told my friends about it, and I do not plan to visit this branch again. I hope management can improve staff training and customer request too.
The vege super little.
Went to buy a sandwich, add on the waffle fries. The waffle fries they took it out from behind kitchen which is like already cooked for hrs or days. And then just reheat in the oven together with my sandwich. Then I told the stuff said I do not want it anymore as it look not fresh at all, but then they insisted is freshly fried. OK, just few ringgit, no reject. It taste so disgusting, soft lembik, burnt, oily.... End up throw away. If you not able to make good fries, just don't sell, do not disappoint your customers !!!
