Great service at the Subway KLIA2 outlet. Duty staff named Zuraz & Amin were friendly, food was fresh and everything was prepared quickly. Perfect stop before a flight

Very rude to customer. Date : 17/4 Time: 1.22pm. Issue: Commentary on the customer saying “berlagak” then the staff each covered for themself but when we sounded he just froze and shouted back at us. If so tired or exhaust or subway if really weak in teaching your staffs mannerism. Please do some courses or ask them to go back home. From start he was very rude to me. Then finally my husband asked them why they said such words then he shouted back.

I had an unpleasant experience at Subway KLIA2 (in front of Gateway J7) around 4:20 PM. I politely informed the staff who served me that I only wanted the bread to be toasted briefly, as I did not want it to be too crispy. However, the staff responded in a sarcastic tone, asking me how many minutes I wanted if I did not want it toasted “normally”.
