Subway cares so little about their customers that they will not provide a Customer Service Phone number. Your only recourse is to fill out some form thinking that just maybe they will get back with you. I waited two weeks since I filled out the form and as expected no one cared enough to follow up with me. I am done with Subway until I get a response which maybe forever.

I used to love subway wedges. They were tasty and well priced. I had the subway app and had gift cards loaded on there that I would use to pay for my sandwiches. I looked at the app one day and saw that all of my gift cards had been used. When I looked at the order history ot was used at a store in Detroit but the issue is that I live in New York. There are 3 Subway locations in the Newark/ Heath Oh. Area. We all receive the Subway coupons in our mail. None of these locations will honor the Subway coupons. If you won’t honor them why to do you mail them out. Such a waste of money for your company. Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s have incentives and that’s where you are losing business . we bought 3 subs 2 of us threw up the other sub made the other feel bad ..i feel the issue was lunch meat was not cold. i called the store in niles ohio where we live and asked how is the meat handled they stated overnight its in the cooler when i asked how is it handled on the food bar and didnt really get a answer . stay away from this store
