I listened to the way the manager spoke to my wife. My wife was polite but would not be bullied when the manager disagreed with her and tried to force her point of view which was incorrect. We will be taking this further. Not bending to your opinion is not being rude its called standing up for yourself. I just saw that this store has a 2.6 star rating, I'm not surprised it's so low, with rude staff and management.
Sam was amazing truely incredible all his coworkers were rude and dismissive where as he was amazing 10/10 woild recommend coming in when same on shift truely a legend give that lad a raise
This place is an absolute disgrace the girl behind the counter was clueless and didn't know Jack. As everyone knows jack is the owner so I'm not sure what she was talking about.the food was also a disgrace and not properly wrapped.
Absolutely horruble experience, had this horrible lady named rene, she couldnt even clise my sandwhich properly, tiny sandwhich with every meat and it came looking like a salad, worst if all she didnt even know jack, everybody knows jack
