Went last night 21/5/26 at around 9pm only to find wet floor. Puddle of water the 3 staff couldnt be bothered to dry the floor. Hazard! I didnt mind if theres not much bread choices at this hour. Only wheat at this time but I couldnt accept tht they were out of olive oil? Bc it’s not something that you bake or press fresh olive. Very disappointing experience at Subway Elmina Lakeside. The staff were unfriendly, rude, and showed very poor customer service throughout my visit. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the attitude from the staff made the whole experience uncomfortable. What’s more frustrating is that this doesn’t feel like an isolated issue.
