I order today’s special. Staff (Haniff) charged the wrong price. Said the wrong payment Subway will refund to me on the next day. He ask me to pay again for the correct price. So I paid both. Next day, no refund from Subway. I went back to the outlet, Haniff’s manager said Haniff should have immediately refund to you. Now they can’t do anything.. no one wants to take the responsibility. I contacted Subway HQ, no reply.. No phone number to call, only email.. NOT RECOMMENDED to this outlet.
Ordered from this outlet via Grabfood. The tuna tasted too salty, and the next day, I had stomach upset five times. I would not recommend buying from this location; I have doubts about the food hygiene. Please improve.
Today I asked the staff( Haniff) who was my subway artist. I indicated that I wanted the footlong set with the footlong cookie and tall drink n he said ok. After I chose the bread he asked me to choose the meat then I told him whatever meat is in the footlong and proceed to add chicken teriyaki. After the sub was made when I asked Abt the footlong cookie he told me that I gotta order "Black pepper chicken set".
