Take off your breakfast menu if you have no intention to offer it. Been there twice in less than a week wanting to get breakfast menu but was told 'NO EGGS' on both occassion. What a poor service and feels like tactic to upsell normal menu.
Air conditioning not working inside the cabin
I visited your outlet today (25/4/2026) at around 5pm for dine-in but changed my mind and unfortunately, it will be my first and last visit. The service I received was very disappointing. Both the male and female staff on duty showed a lack of professionalism and had an unwelcoming attitude. Arrived at 8:00pm and saw a notice saying the outlet was closed from 7:30-8:30pm. I waited until after 8:30pm to order. Unfortunately, upon entering, the staff showed a clear lack of professionalism and had a poor attitude towards customers. This was very disappointing, especially after making the effort to wait.
I order today’s special. Staff (Haniff) charged the wrong price. Said the wrong payment Subway will refund to me on the next day. He ask me to pay again for the correct price. So I paid both. Next day, no refund from Subway. I went back to the outlet, Haniff’s manager said Haniff should have immediately refund to you. Now they can’t do anything.. no one wants to take the responsibility. I contacted Subway HQ, no reply.. No phone number to call, only email.. NOT RECOMMENDED to this outlet.
