Was amazing I got a footlong meatball sub with American cheese and Parmesan, and it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life

I work right next door and have tried to eat here several times on my half hour lunch break. This is the 3rd time I was made to stand in like for 25 minutes and never had my order taken let alone greeted or acknowledged at all. Terribly awful service. Never been treated so poorly at a business.
I ordered Subway through DoorDash and was very disappointed with my experience. When my food arrived, the bread on my sandwich was still doughy and seemed undercooked, even though I specifically requested it to be toasted. The cheese was melted, but the sandwich itself was definitely not properly toasted. I called the store to explain the issue and spoke with someone named Peter.
