Really disappointed with this Subway location. I ordered a 6-inch sub with a veggie patty for pickup, but when I got back at work, they gave me chicken instead. That’s completely unacceptable — especially for someone who’s vegetarian. It shows zero attention to detail and total carelessness with people’s food choices. I couldn’t even eat it, and it completely ruined my meal. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
Service is too slow. I order through my app and it takes more than 15 minutes to prepare. Only one staff is working here and it seems like she is tired.
