Very disappointing experience at Subway Dandenong South. The food was cold and completely lacked flavour — honestly one of the worst Subway meals I’ve had. The girls making the sandwiches didn’t seem to have any skill or confidence, and the result was a poorly made, untasty meal. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and the sandwich looked nothing like what you’d expect from Subway. For the price, I’d rather stay hungry than eat here again. Definitely needs better training and quality control. 1 star.
Disgusting customer service. The girl dropped my food then proceeded to give it to me. No apology. So rude. Never going back again.
Ordered for footlong to be cut into two halves, the lady who served us was constantly on her phone and did not pay attention to how she cut or wrapped the subway. When asked she said she is working alone and her manager was on the phone throughout the whole time . Very disappointed.
Went to this Subway at 3.15 pm today, 23rd August, ordered footling to be cut in 2 halves. The attendant who was preparing was a young woman who was talking on her phone constantly while preparing my order. She did a very messy job, wrapped it up like garbage. She cut it into 2, one side was 9 inches and the other was less than 3 inches as it was disintegrating. This was the worst Subway I have ever been to and the worst service.
