Unfortunately because I am not able to review directly on Grab, I’m doing it here. My order on Grab got cancelled by the shop twice, 2 days in a row during dinner time! Best part is I only received the cancellation 25 mins after! I was craving for a sandwich, unfortunately this experience has truly turned me away from Subway. With all the options out there, it’s bout time! Lol!
Very bad customer service throwing ingredients around and putting on the beard as if less stock. No working was at the counter when we was there
Terrible service. Plenty of staff but let the customer just stand there without taking order. Don’t know why hired too many staff for doing less work..
Even after many years, they still manage to surprise themselves with basic restocking issues. This outlet’s franchisee will waste your time and effort far more often than is reasonable. They are accumulating far too much bad karma. - many patrons have stop visiting them. — Useless to call as they never answer. Breakfast not available in grab tho it’s morning, Unreliable. In store service is good.
