Absolutely disgusting experience at Subway today (April 8). I am honestly shocked at how rude and unprofessional the service was. We walked in at 8:28pm — and they close at 9:00pm. That is PLENTY of time. My partner and I were looking at the menu for not even two minutes when the worker started rushing us, telling us to hurry up in a frustrated and aggressive tone. I’m not sure what was going on with the staff member serving today, but from the moment we walked in, there was no one at the front. We waited, and when she finally came out - her attitude was noticeably unfriendly. We were understandably disappointed, and then she said to us, “What’s your problem?” Is this really how your staff are trained to treat customers? It was unacceptable and very unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars
Was just there! Staff were stocking up out back and saw me, and didnt even acknowledge me. Walked out without ordering
Very disappointed. There was only one customer in front of me, yet it took almost 30-45 minutes to be served. No explanation or apology was given. The wait time was completely unreasonable. Not happy with the service. 🤔
