Very bad i ordered white chip macadamia nut 4 pieces+ 2 pieces double choc chip ,,,, you delivered me Choco chip 4 pieces + double choco chip 2 pieces!!! Please be honest to your customer, at least call and inform how should your side proceed . This is something like a scam customer already! Even the chicken slice we ordered same times the sauce really little ??????? So disappointed with the serving!!!
Very poor customer service at this outlet. No greeting upon entering, and staff spoke in a harsh and unwelcoming manner when taking orders. The overall experience felt uncomfortable and not customer-friendly. Staff clearly need training in basic service etiquette and communication. Management should consider reviewing service standards at this outlet.
