Service was terrible everytime I would ask for something they would roll their eyes and kept talking to their friends while I was talking to them
Subway casurina square today 1.58 around Thursday 2 April. I ordered an Italian meatball in a wrap, but the staff member (one of the older staff members wearing glasses) took out Italian bread instead. I asked her politely and said I wanted it in a wrap, which I had clearly mentioned. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she responded rudely and said, “Then don’t say Italian meatball if you want a wrap,” in a disrespectful tone. Customer service is so bad, ordered a foot long sandwich with my son, picked the different veg stuffing and the staff scolding me not telling them earlier to wrap separately before they’ve wrapped as a whole, “you know there are customers waiting”…wow, i was like “it should be obvious “ and she came back” no it wasn’t” oh well, very obvious poor attitude for sure!
10/10 service and food, great staff
Hi have been here for the order she said we are close now but still there is 10 minutes left of the closing and denied for the serve the customer.
