The service and food is good but the cleanliness is a different issue. Female sandwich maker is WEARING THE SAME GLOVES when she is making the sandwich, pressing buttons on the oven,opening the oven door, arranging the bread,touching someone's order with the SAME GLOVES!!! When I said something, she just changed gloves and do it all over again! This is not a roadside stall. This is a big franchise! Don't touch my sandwich after touching everything else!
PLEASE LISTEN. 7th April 2026 – Subway Caltex Serdang Raya VERY DISAPPOINTED with my order (via Grab). I clearly specified my order, including the sauces I wanted — but this is what I got? • VERY DRY • Only ONE sauce, and barely any?!! • Vegetables were incomplete — only cucumber and lettuce??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! — A mad, tired & hungry woman
Good spot or nearby housing areas. Easy access (easy in easy out). It's a small setup attached with the petrol station. plenty of parking. only one table provided for those who wants to dine in due to limited space. order can be quick depending on the orders or que. service is good.
Google shows opens at 8am, arrive at 9am shop was still closed and staff is inside sitting n playing phone
