Absolutely disgusting. This was hands down the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two footlong subs online and deliberately waited around 15 minutes before going to pick them up, expecting them to be ready. Instead, the staff didn’t even start making them until I walked into the store. So what was the point of ordering ahead? The owner of this franchise should lose their licence, or at least receive retraining. They let two young people on a Sunday morning who had 'NO IDEA' what they were doing, to operate the franchise. I have edited my previous post to include my experience today. On the 21/06/26 I had to instruct the employee, step by step on how to make a particular sandwich. Everything from how to toast, to the way they use the appliances. Absolutely no idea, and then he informed me he was 'new'... Really??? I couldn't tell. I was patient an... read more
