This place is nice and delicious but I'm not a big fan of staff
One of the worst subway in sydney. The staff is very rude they're probably students from India who need PR the boss is just as bad as the staff. SUBWAY BASS HILL needs alot of work and need to learn how to be nice when serving customer. I didn't tell u to work there if u don't want to work there eff off and don t work there. Simple ur team need alot of work and need alot of training how to serve and smile.
Looks like this place over charges people. Charged me $6 over what is said on their own prices then gives a dumb excuse on why... Just give me the damn price that's on your own menu
I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but this Subway is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Rude staff when I politely asked for a bit more cucumbers and onions because she was so stingy and literally put in 4 pieces … became angry at me and told me I would be charged more? Every other subway I’ve been to give normal portions and not tiny ones hence why I wouldn’t need to ask for extra? Won’t come back.
