I’ve encountered the same issue multiple times (see attached photo). Each time, the packaging is careless, the ingredients are poorly arranged, and the sauce leaks, seriously affecting the dining experience. Do you have any proper quality control in place? Customers shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of your negligence. Please address this promptly: either issue a refund or remake the order and improve your packaging process. Otherwise, I will continue leaving negative reviews and escalate this to the platform.

Kalau ada 100 bintang, saya bagi semuanya untuk dorang. 6 March 2025, 16 Ramadan 1447H; lepas berbuka dalam pukul 8PM lebih mcm tu saya order (Grabfood) cookies (8 choc chips cookies and 4 double choc chips cookies).
