Disappointing experience today. We were next in line to order when an online order came in, and the staff immediately pivoted to that without a word or even a look in our direction. It felt like online orders take total priority over customers physically standing in the shop. My sub ended up buried behind orders that came in after us, and despite being asked twice which sauce I wanted, I still ended up with the wrong one. The lack of basic communication made for a very poor visit. Visted at 1:45pm
