I was so disgusted with my order It was meant to be the Japanese style energy bowl It came with no rice, no spinach and no sauce and just chucked in Absolutely never again
I’ve worked customer service for 15+ years so I know when someone is genuinely having a good mood and who is plastering on a face, Elliot was an absolute delight, high speed, asked for preferences like a human not a machine, was genuine. Sandwich was made well, wasn’t overflowing, he remembered to prompt that some salads I chose cost extra. Elliot was super friendly and made my sandwich at near mach speed!! It was by far the quickest subway trip I’ve ever had, and he was manning the store all alone! My sandwich was super good to top it off :)
We were just served by Elliott. He greeted us (and others) as we entered the store and was friendly and helpful. He looked us in the eye when speaking to us and was very professional. Terrific customer service!! Thanks Elliott!
