Friendly service but the floors are disgusting.
I've ordered from many Subway stores over the years, some ok some not so but Elliot at the Ballarat Sturt Street store is a cut above any of the other subway staff I've encountered, this guy needs to be promoted to training the rest of subways staff in customer relations.

I wish I'd gotten the guy's name, but unfortunately I forgot. The team member who served me on the evening of Saturday 11th July, had absolutely amazing customer service! He was efficient, friendly, happy to have a chat, and made me feel so welcome on my first visit to Ballarat. You don't often get service like that in Melbourne CBD. Give this guy a pay rise! 😃
